About Us

Carole Simb arrived in London in the late nineties. Since then, she has worked for Eurostar, British Airways and Foodshow catering company, where she learned the best catering techniques and acquired her excellent customer service skills, putting a smile on every customer's face. In 2013, Carole trained at the prestigious and internationally renowned Crêperie "Au soleil Breton Kervengard" in Brittany, where she was awarded a certificate of excellence in crêpe making.

Located in London, at the heart of a multicultural and diverse food culture, she felt the need to bring a taste of Guadeloupe to the UK. Carole had always wanted to create something of her own - so armed with her entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for food and a degree from the University of Life, she began Crêperie Guadeloupe in June 2013.

Taking a leap of faith, Carole acquired a quirky little Piaggio van which she converted into an amazing, eye catching mobile crêperie. Since then, she has built up a large fan base in South West London for her traditional crêpes. She serves them up at varied locations around London and Surrey, including markets, festivals, street parties, private events and corporate events. Carole has also introduced a new takeaway product, selling her own exclusive crêpe batter for customers to enjoy in the comfort of their homes.
